Rami is a certified Pilates Instructor with a special focus on pain management, breathwork, and making movement fun. She discovered Pilates after dealing with chronic pain from scoliosis and arthritis and now lives a pain-free life. Being an embodiment of how Pilates can improve one's quality of life, her goal is to have clients learn awareness of breath, ease of the body, and how to minimize pain while increasing daily function. Upon moving to Canada, she continued her training and became a fully certified Stott Pilates instructor. In addition to teaching yoga and fitness classes, she works closely with clients as a Personal Health Manager, thoughtfully connecting them with the right practitioners and services to support their overall well-being.
